Taper Bushes come in a wide range of bore sizes, all with excellent concentricity and clean, flush appearance. 

Taper Bushes are easy to fit and remove; they can be fitted in minutes. The design of the threaded half-holes and longitudinal split ensures a vice-like grip on the
shaft. Using a hexagon wrench the screws are tightened into the threaded holes in the hub, this forces the bush into the taper bored component.  Thus the bore of the Taper Bush is contracted until the equivalent to a ‘shrink fit’ is achieved.
