QCB bearing Housings are available in a wide range of styles for parallel, tapered or stepped shafts.
To compliment the housing, we can supply a full range of bearings, sleeves, lock nuts, washers, seals and automatic lubricators.
Spheroidal graphite cast iron and cast steel housings are options for increased housing strength.
A wide range of sealing arrangements are available, including felt, rubber, labyrinth and taconite types.
Supplied in our QCB brand, we are able to offer both standard and specialised solutions to the problems associated with bearing housing in arduous and challenging operating environments.

SDAF Series Key Features
- SDAF series is an extension of the the SAF series and have robust contstuction suitable for heavy impact and thrust loads.
- It has an extra heavy base.
- Normally triple seal (LER) is suppplied. Also Taconite (TER) seal is available.
- Suitable for very heavy load and severe applications like Cement and Steel, used with Grease or Oil lubrication.
- Suitable for shaft sizes: 68.26mm to 222.25mm
Note; SDAF series is an inch series design and shaft sizes in inches is normally available.
- Range of bearings series 222,223,230,231 can be fitted in SD series.
- Labyrinth seal with O ring cord is used.
- Suitable for heavy load and servere application like Cement, Mining, Steel, Material Handling.
- Grease lubrication with provision for grease inlet and drain.
- Suitable for shaft Sizes: 150mm to 400mm
